Life is hard. It's not about being happy all the time. It's inevitable we will suffer. What's more important is having the tools to still function well when we do. This program, and my coaching, is about adding some tools to your toolkit to fully enjoy life, while you're alive.
I know people are busy and time precious - so I’ve designed the Awake Program with that in mind. To be short and simple enough for our busy lives - work, exercise, family, relationships, play, relaxation - with enough depth and uniqueness to get results.
Each week you will receive a link - text or email - to the new content and practices - all on one page for time, convenience and the best results. The page is designed cleanly and simply for clarity and user experience. Featuring headings, practices, content, quotes, guided meditations, weekly inquiries and tips, recommended talks and readings and images.
Connecting to your values and strengths; stretching yourself, connecting to your truth and finding your true refuges; exploring your curiosity; softening and opening up with gratitude and reflection practices; looking deeper with How Am I? meditations and guided body scans - and implementing them into your everyday life with sitting, standing, walking and eating meditations; Satisfying our need for connection and boosting positive emotion, self-esteem and motivation with good deed challenges, compassion and kindness exercises; finding stillness with tech-free zones and contemplation’s; feeling good holistically with nutrition and movement + recommended readings, talks, podcasts, mindset tips and weekly guided meditations.

You can do it solo or in a group. Groups allow us to share, be open, and grow. Talk to your gym, employer or form your very own awake group - like a book club - to discuss the weekly readings, talks, content, meditations and share your weekly journey, struggles and accomplishments. If you’re a business or gym, it can be a great way to improve engagement, loyalty, connection and trust.
