I’ve worked with a range of people (founders, artists, CEOs, business owners, athletes, mums and dads, teenagers and people of all ages and backgrounds) to offer self-development skills, mental health awareness and mental health therapy, wellbeing coaching, mindset tips, positive psychology tools and insights, physical health training and nutrition and sleep plans. I’m an online life coach and offline performance coach focusing on providing help for mental health, mental health and well-being coaching, and physical health and happiness coaching.

I’m a 3x author and The Big Wide World Kids series creator. I host the Sutterfaction podcast and created the Happier Courses and online program series. A little more about me

I’m an ultra-runner, stand-up paddle boarder, and Ocean Ambassador who is regularly on-stage at conferences and events worldwide.

However, my life wasn’t always about health, well-being, and working on meaningful projects. I spent many years stuck very firmly in what I like to call the pleasure trap - a constant cycle of seeking distraction in alcohol, sex, money, and superficial relationships. 

A very fortunate stay in an old rundown hut in a Buddhist Monastery opened me up to a new way of thinking, it challenged my status quo, shook my habits, trampled old perspectives, and forced me to reconsider if this direction was making me happier and more peaceful. 

As a speaker, writer, creative, and explorer of happiness, I like to play at the intersections of philosophy, psychology, Buddhism, mindfulness, health and well-being - so we can all construct a life worth living.
