This is the Awake Program from Evan Sutter (evansutter.com). It's a membership program for paying members to improve their mental, emotional and physical well-being. Our website is https://www.evansutter.com/awake

The Personal Data We Collect And Why

Submitted Information: When members log into our website and submit information through forms - we collect the data shown in the form to be able to communicate with them and answer any queries.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this website (evansutter.com), we will set a temporary cookie in order to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded as soon as you close your browser. 

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies in an attempt to save your login information for future visits. If you select “Remember Me”, your login information will stay saved for longer. If/when  you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Do We Share Your Data?

We don’t share your data with any advertisers or partners other than the websites that are needed to authenticate you as a member. We use a third-party service called SendOwl for membership & payment Information. We use SendOwl to sign you up for the program and to log you in. It collects and stores the following data:

Name and Email address: To log you in and send you account and payment information

Payment information: SendOwl stores your credit card information via a secure payment processor called Stripe, so that it can process your monthly payment fee. We don’t have access to that information, and neither does SendOwl. It’s all stored securely in Stripe.

Password: Your password is stored securely in SendOwl. We don’t have access to this information, though we can have SendOwl send you a password to reset your email.

We also use a third-party service called MailChimp to send you an email when you join the Awake Program.

Your Rights Over Your Data

When you register on our website, we store any data you submit to the website and also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can edit or delete their personal information at any time. If you have an account, you can request that we delete any personal data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
