Sex, Drugs & Happiness: Awakening The Awake Program

Evan Sutter (creator of the Awake Program) has been greatly shaped by his former hedonistic lifestyle trapped in sex, drugs, alcohol, and unhealthy consumption, and his experience of turning that all around in a little hut at a Buddhist Monastery. Living there was a chance to stop, examine his life, no longer run away from his boredom, loneliness and fear, and learn the tools that would actually make his life better, healthier and happier.

Since Evan's adventures in the Monastery he's written 3 books, spoken on stages around the globe to over 10,000 people, and created engaging events and social initiatives as far and wide as Colombia and Sydney. He's learnt from the game changers he's met on and off stage and transformed his mental and physical health, his diet, training, rituals, relationships and mindset. The Awake Program is a culmination of these experiences and education.
